Shipping & Returns

1. Shipping

All UK orders are sent via DPD tracked parcel service. Orders received before midday will be delivered to your doorstep during the next business day. We charge a flat fee of £4.00 for orders below £30 and free of charge for any UK order above £30. Orders shipped to European Union countries will be charged a flat fee of £10 and will be free of charge on orders above £60.

If for some reason you have not received your order within 3 business days please let us know by contacting us on and we will work to get your hands on this delicious coffee.

2. Returns

We really hope that you love everything about our coffee. However, if you’re not fully satisfied with our product for whatever reason, please e-mail us at and we’ll be on hand to help in any way we can.

To be eligible for a return, your coffee and/or capsules must be unused and in the same perfect conditions that you received them. Items must also be in the original packaging unopened. We reserve the right to inspect any returned goods and to decide if you are eligible for a refund.

3. Refunds

To be eligible for a refund you must return your purchased items within max 30 days after your purchase.

In addition the returned items must be unused and in perfect condition. Items must also be in the original packaging and unopened. Therefore any opened coffee and/or capsules packs won’t qualify for refund.

We will run an inspection to make sure your return meets these conditions and then decide if you are eligible for a refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.

Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Next contact your bank. Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

g) Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to: Asheridge Road, Chesham, Buckinghamshire, HP5 2QD.

h) Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If you are shipping an item you might want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
