All UK orders are sent via DPD tracked parcel service. Orders received before midday will be delivered to your doorstep during the next business day. We charge a flat fee of £4.00 for orders below £30 and free of charge for any UK order above £30. Orders shipped to European Union countries will be charged a flat fee of £10 and will be free of charge on orders above £60.
If for some reason you have not received your order within 3 business days please let us know by contacting us on email@example.com and we will work to get your hands on this delicious coffee.
We really hope that you love everything about our coffee. However, if you’re not fully satisfied with our product for whatever reason, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll be on hand to help in any way we can.
To be eligible for a return, your coffee and/or capsules must be unused and in the same perfect conditions that you received them. Items must also be in the original packaging unopened. We reserve the right to inspect any returned goods and to decide if you are eligible for a refund.

To be eligible for a refund you must return your purchased items within max 30 days after your purchase.
In addition the returned items must be unused and in perfect condition. Items must also be in the original packaging and unopened. Therefore any opened coffee and/or capsules packs won’t qualify for refund.
We will run an inspection to make sure your return meets these conditions and then decide if you are eligible for a refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.
Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
